-사용하는 헝겊, 솜은 백색이나 백색에 가까운 색으로 선택하면 세정 정도를 알 수 있어 편리합니다
-직접 검사면에 분사하면 침투액이 유출되므로 주의하십시오
-각종 공구류,금형세척, 기계 제품의 오일 및 오염유 제거

*특징 –검사물 표면의 세정을 충분히 행한뒤에 피사검면에 척색 침투액이 완전히 덮여지도록 균일하게 도포합니다
-침투시간은 3~15분이지만, 3~5분마다 도포를 반복하면 좋은 결과를 얻을 수 있습니다
-검사하는 부품의 온도는 10~40℃가 바람직하고, 동절기 실외 작업등의 경우에는 침투시간을
약 2배 길게 하는 편이 침투가 잘됨

*특징 –과잉 적색 침투액을 완전히 제거한 뒤에 피검사면을 백색 현상액이 완전히 덮여지도록 균일하게 도포하십시오.
도포된 백색현상액은 곧 건조되어 백색으로 나타납니다.
-건조되어 감에 따라 결함 부분에 침투액이 흡수되어 결함부분의 위치와 현상이 건조된 백색 분말위에
선명한 적색으로 표시
-백색 현상액은 사용전에 덜크럭 소리가 날 때까지 흔들어서 사용해 주십시오
